Income Limits
The Housing Choice Voucher program's income limits are based on a household's income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) as set by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. Below is a chart showing the maximum household income that would meet the Very Low Income and Extremely Low Income guidelines, effective May 15, 2023:
