Conservation rules

Thanks to the record-breaking rain and snow California experienced in winter 2023, statewide water use restrictions have been rolled back. The Carlsbad Municipal Water District is now in a level one drought alert, which calls for voluntary cutbacks. Find rules for the Olivenhain Municipal Water District (southern Carlsbad) and Vallecitos Water District (parts of eastern Carlsbad).
