This division is also responsible for the review of transportation demand management on development projects to ensure compliance with the city's TDM ordinance.

To request an engineering inspection for permitted projects, please submit your request online.

We also have information on codes and engineering standards.  Permit applicationshandouts, and Q & As are also available.

Development Inquiries

The Faraday Center development services team is here to answer development-related inquiries. Walk-in visits to meet with the Building, Planning, and Engineering departments are accepted; we recommend an appointment to limit wait times and queuing.

You can schedule an appointment for a development inquiry Monday-Friday. Appointments are thirty minutes in length; if your question requires that you receive support from several departments, you’re are encouraged to make longer or multiple appointments.
