At a glance

• Carlsbad Municipal Water District recently replaced an aging water pipeline under Valley Street, between Magnolia and Andrea avenues
• Valley Street from Magnolia to Andrea avenues was closed to through traffic, including biking and walking.
• Crews completed this work done as quickly as possible to minimize inconveniences for everyone in the area. 
• The street has been reopened and temporarily repaved. Final surfacing will be complete later this summer.
