Genealogy Program Meeting: Avoiding Fallacies in Family History: A Key to Research Success

The Genealogy Program Meeting is a partnership program between Carlsbad City Library and the North San Diego County Genealogical Society. This program features speakers with expertise on various issues relating to genealogy.

The program is held the fourth Tuesday of the month from January through November and is presented in person and virtually.

  • Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for social time.
  • Presentations, including question-and-answer sessions, are held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Today's topic will focus on family history fallacies and how to avoid them presented by Jean Wilcox Hibbin.
