Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention (Carlsbad City Library on Dove Lane)

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls. People of all ability levels are welcome. This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position. Join us every Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am - 9:30 am in the Wi-Fi garden. Enter on the west side of the building.
