As part of the city’s ongoing efforts to promote e-bike safety, we created an educational, new e-bike safety video series.

We know that e-bikes are a popular, convenient way for both teens and adults to scoot around the city, and we want to make sure that everybody is aware of the rules and how to be safe. 

That's why we're rolling out three new videos to illustrate:

• 5 ways you could be breaking the law on your e-bike
• What happens if you break rules (Watch for a cameo by one of our police officers in this video.)
• How to know your e-bike type and where you can ride 

Take a look, and share the videos with the e-bike riding kids in your family to inspire them to ride right and stay safe.
