Streetlight out? Find a pothole? There’s an app to get them fixed.
The CarlsbadConnects app is an easy way to report things that need repair or attention around town, like potholes, sidewalk cracks, traffic light outages, graffiti and code enforcement issues.
Last year, more than 1,800 community members reported issues that needed fixing. Here are some of the most common:

The free app is available on the Apple App and Google Play stores.
Submit service requests anonymously or create a free account where you can track progress and see what other people have reported.
If you're dealing with an emergency like a water main break, don't use the app. If you need to report emergencies, need service for something that's not in the app or would rather call or email city staff without using the app, please see our list of contact information.
