Becoming a city vendor

While there is always someone available to assist during normal business hours, purchasing staff generally do not make appointments with vendors except in connection with specific current purchase efforts.

To be placed on the city's Vendor's List, simply go to PlanetBids and go to the New Vendor Registration tab. If you need assistance, please contact PWContractAdmin@carlsbadca.gov.

Send a letter, on company letterhead, and Statements of Qualifications, to the Finance Department, attn: Purchasing Officer.
